I planned an event celebrating my Wifey birthday at The Yard Haledon NJ. 5 Star Experience. Thank you Sara, Trevor and Team for a party we will remember for many years to come. We had a private setting in the lovely outside Garden, fully heated and covered. The food was the best ever. The personal service with a great energy and vibe echoed the sentiments of Sara and Trevor. I cannot praise this dining Experience enough. Go , relax , eat well at The Yard. We had a post- communion lunch here and everything was amazing. The food was delicious, and the ambiance in the patio was just what we were looking for. Trevor was super helpful with planning the party . Thanks again!
The best spot to come to for sports and entertainment in Northern NJ. The staff and food are amazing. My go to place for sure! Owner takes good care of all its customers! Shout out Tony!
I came to this restaurant right after homecoming. When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. I walked in and sat at the bar. Janine was my bartender tender and she was great. I had: garlic shrimp fra diavolo mussels Angry shrimp tacos Old bay fries Lava cakes All the food was actually really good. My favorite dish was the garlic shrimp and the old bay fries. I also had the red sangria which I loved. All in all it was a good experience!
My husband and I have stopped by The Yard twice since the new owners took over, and honestly, the change is night and day. The place has totally transformed for the better! The inside bar looks so much nicer and cleaner than before. The real winner is the backyard setup, though. They put in a beautifully decorated patio, and having the heaters out there makes it the perfect spot to hang out. The staff was absolutely wonderful, especially the two beautiful bartenders. Without even hesitating, they squeezed fresh O.J. for my drink, which was such a nice touch. Whether you're just stopping in for a drink or sitting down for a steak, this place is great. So happy to have this spot in the neighborhood!
Honestly the best little spot to have great appetizers and catch up with friends. The staff is super friendly and very attentive to you. Special thanks to Barbie!! Even tho in my opinion all of their bartenders/staff are awesome! Easy to say i can become a regular here without a doubt!
I just wanted to say last night was our first time there. Thank you for being open in the storm. Mya took care of us and treated us like royalty. We will definitely be back on her shifts. The food was exceptional thank you to the chef as well. Mya you have guaranteed customers out of us!
I went to The Yard the other night and had an amazing experience. Mya was our server and she was absolutely incredible — attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. She checked in at just the right times, had a great attitude, and really made the night enjoyable. Service like hers is hard to come by. I’ll definitely be back!
A great local neighborhood restaurant. Never had a bad meal, never had a bad server. I always sit outside on the patio. If you've never been, you will be surprised at how nice and cozy it feels. I also go on the earlier side of dinner because it can take longer to get food later. But, if you want to make a night of it and enjoy the drinks, you'll enjoy it anytime. An excellent date night place.
I had a great experience at Yard House today. Barbiee provided excellent service and was very friendly, attentive, and professional throughout my visit. She made sure everything was taken care of and checked in regularly to make sure we had what we needed. Her positive attitude and great customer service made our meal even more enjoyable.
